Billabong’s Big Air and Style competition went down earlier this month on Saturday Dec. 5th. There were a lot of insane tricks and huge air being pulled that night.. but one thing that was missing was the women!
Well Billabong rider Anne-Flore Marxer (as well as friends Sarka Pancochova, Cheryl Maas, Tanja Detomas, Lisa Filzmoser, Jenny Jones, Jamie Anderson, Kimmy Fasani, Hana Beaman, Leanne Pelosi, Bev Vuilleumier & Marie-France Roy) thought that was a bit unfair and wanted to see women compete as well… and we agree!!!
Here’s a petition she put up to have a women’s competition at next years event. So please, if you’d like to see some women throw down at next years comp, follow the link to “sign” the petition!
